Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
Email contact@cehltd.ukwith the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
What happens next
- We verify the request comes from the account holder.
- We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm completion by email.
- We delete personal data across our systems and instruct our sub-processors to do the same, except where law requires us to retain certain records.
Records we must keep
Some records are retained where the law requires it, in particular billing and tax records for 7 years under UK tax law. Audit logs are retained for 12 months for fraud and security review. These are deleted once their retention period ends.
If you are a customer of one of our business customers
If you messaged or booked with a business that uses our platform and you want your data deleted, please contact that business directly. The business is the data controller of your information; we act as its processor and can only act on its instruction. We will support the business in fulfilling your request.
